Near the building of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, on the Alley of Heroes.
With the participation of representatives of the regional state administration, the Ministry of Veterans, journalists.
The military orchestra of the operational command “East” took part in the honoring.
Veterans of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (OOS), cadets of the military lyceum, families of fallen heroes. The ceremony consists of honorary events and the presentation of a personal flag to the families of the fallen heroes.
The Honor and Remember Ceremony was developed in collaboration with the American organization Honor and Remember.
