Since 2014, the founding volunteers of the Veterans Space of Dnipro Region have been providing legal and social assistance to ATO veterans, members of their families and civilians affected by the russian military aggression against Ukraine, organizing various cultural, informational and educational activities within the region. Due to the growth in number of volunteers as well as their activities, in October 2021 it was decided to join efforts and establish a non-government organization with it’s official registration.
Since February 2022, the organization's volunteers are focused on working with national authorities, including the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, to support Ukrainian servicemen and members of their families in all the social and military deeds, related to the war in Ukraine.

НIn honor of the centuries-old history of Ukrainian statehood, state symbols of independent Ukraine and in order to foster citizens' respect for state symbols, the Decree of the President of Ukraine of August 23, 2004 № 987 established the Day of the State Flag of Ukraine, which is celebrated annually on August 23.
Historical and patriotic festival "Power of the Unconquered". Dozens of servicemen of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the police, a military band and several thousand visitors joined the large-scale action. The event is timed to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine and the liberation of the city from the Nazis.
The first ceremony was held on December 26, 2020 in Dnipro. Near the building of Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, on the Alley of Heroes.


Veterans 'spaces are extremely important and necessary throughout Ukraine, as they are not only an effective and realistic tool for reintegrating veterans and strengthening their communities, but also a powerful means of communication between civil society and the veterans' community and authorities at all levels. And this is the way to the stability of the nation.
